federally recognized tribes; and providing for an effective date" was

Senator Shower, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the State Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered                                                               
today. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There                                                              
being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                            
NO. 123(STA) was adopted.                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                    
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
